Mandatory Arbitration Agreement
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, including the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you or Florida Tax Investors™ may assert claims in small claims court if the claims qualify.
